Access to documents

Find out how to formally request access to a document.

If you wish to obtain a document, you can send a request to IHI. Note that a request for access to documents may fall under the exceptions provided for in Articles 4 and 9 of Regulation 1049/2001.

How to submit a request

Please state your surname, forename, and address. In order to facilitate the identification of the document requested, we encourage you to draft your request as clearly and precisely as possible. Requests may be submitted via e-mail, fax or regular post.

Should you wish to access information related to the work of IHI that is not available on the website, and that is not part of an IHI document, please send your query to: infodesk at ihi.europa.eu

Note regarding IMI and IHI

Some documents in this section are still marked as coming from the Innovative Medicines Initiative (IMI). The legislation creating IHI repeals the legislation creating IMI, and IHI is the legal and universal successor in respect of all contracts, including employment contracts and grant agreements, liabilities and acquired property of the Innovative Medicines Initiative 2 Joint Undertaking established by Regulation (EU) No 557/2014, which it replaces and succeeds.
