Stage 1: All short proposals were assessed for eligibility, and eligible proposals were evaluated by independent experts. The results of the evaluation are summarised in this report and below:

Stage 2: The top-ranked consortium for each topic was invited to link up with the industry consortium described in the topic text and submit a full proposal. The full proposals were evaluated and the results of the evaluation are summarised in this report and are as follows:
