Objectives
The aim of this workshop was to help IHI project coordinators and managers in their duties. It covered a wide range of subjects, including amendments, reporting (both scientific and financial), ex-post audits, communication, and exploitation. Through a mix of presentations, quizzes and group exercises, the interactive event highlighted best practices in project management and offered hands-on advice on how to avoid common and costly errors.
