Approved topic texts for IHI calls 6 and 7 published

The final versions of the topic texts for IHI calls 6 and 7 are available now; the calls will be launched in the next few days

The final versions of the topic texts for IHI calls 6 and 7 are now available on the Future opportunities page of the website. The full list of topics is as follows:

IHI call 6 (two-stage)

  • Support healthcare system resilience through a focus on persistency in the treatment of chronic diseases
  • Development of practical guidance and recommendations for using real world data/real world evidence in healthcare decision-making

IHI call 7 (single-stage)

  • Improving clinical management of heart disease from early detection to treatment
  • User-centric technologies and optimised hospital workflows for a sustainable healthcare workforce
  • Clinical validation of biomarkers for diagnosis, monitoring disease progression and treatment response

The topic texts were approved by the IHI Governing Board as part of the IHI Work Programme for 2024. The calls will be officially launched in the coming days. Meanwhile potential applicants are encouraged to sign up for the IHI Call Days, which run from 10 to 25 January.
